Our air went out Sat night. I called the next morning expecting an answering service (Sunday AND Father’s Day). I got a live person and they had a tech out that afternoon. Our unit had reached the end of its life at a terrible time, but Ken and Matt went over all of our options, gave great advice and had us up and running by Tuesday at 2:00. Everyone single person we encountered with Mission Critical was polite and hard working. We are thrilled to be cool and highly recommend Mission Critical!

Fantastic company! Mission Critical knocked it out of the park. From professionalism, to knowledge, to service, to quality products, they have it all. Super shout out to Ken, Chris, 'Z' and Willie. I unexpectantly had to have an entire unit put in. I called on Friday, Ken had Chris meet with me on Saturday, had an entire system and handler installed on Monday and had extremely cool air by that same afternoon. I will continue to use them for my preventative maintenance bi-annually until forever! Mission Critical will not try to oversell any products they have. Ken and Chris were excellent at explaining the various options both with my old Trane unit and my new Daikin unit (think Toyota of HVAC). Never felt pressured at all. The bonus is the owners are former military. We are in a military community. What better way to support our military men and women than by using MCCS for all of your HVAC needs. I'd highly recommend that at the very least you switch over to them for your HVAC maintenance and if you are in the need of a new unit please get an additional quote from them. If you’re in need of quality AC repair or installation of a new unit by knowledgeable professionals at reasonable prices and in a timely manner, call Mission Critical. I’ve tried several other HVAC companies over the past 10 years for my last AC unit - the service and price quotes ranged from awful to pretty good.
Last week, I was in need of a new AC unit installation and stumbled across Mission Critical via a Google search. They had a high rating and none of the previous companies that I’d used really wowed me so I figured I’d give this company a try. Glad I did!
From start to finish, I felt they were trustworthy, genuinely cared about doing quality work, had reasonable pricing, and were patient when I asked a bazillion questions about the new unit options. It was also an absolute pleasure speaking with their office assistant. She was cheerful, patient, and followed through on what she said she’d do within the timeframe she said it’d be done.
Last, their optional maintenance service plan is reasonably priced, especially compared to local competitors and the return on the “investment” will be well worth the peace of mind offered by its coverage.
