What others estimated would take 35 days, they completed in just one dayand even delivered temporary AC units the night before to help us manage in 91 heat. Called 26 June at 9 AM was told a technician would be out between 4-8. 2 hours later Tyson called and said he was on his way. Above and beyond does not even begin to describe the service we received. From my initial call and their prompt and friendly response, to seeing Dustin almost weekly as he worked tirelessly to breathe life and just a bit more cool out of my 34 year old system. Its only fitting that all this happened at Easter since he managed to raise it from the dead one last time to cool our insanely hot house before our full unit replacement. Tyson was quick on diagnosing the problem with our 23 year old HVAC. Provided us with an excellent quote for replacing my units with more efficient units and great turn around time from old to new, at a reasonable price. Glad I picked this Veteran owned business.

We called mission critical on a Tuesday. Tyson came out that afternoon to give us a quote. He was very professional and let us know what we were looking at. They put us on the schedule for the next day. Willie and Ky'O came and did the install. They were very friendly and professional. Tyson came back the following morning to verify their work and let us know we were all set. Highly recommend this company.

Shane installed my new Nest thermostat to replace my old Nest that was fried by lightning that hit a tall pine tree and knocked out my Kinetic internet and modem. Also knocked out was my ADT security, my television, my two garage door openers, my telephones. Shane was very knowledgeable and polite. His was very efficient.

I made a big mistake installing my own nest thermostat. Mission critical was able to get me scheduled quickly and their technician also did a system check on my A/C unit while there and corrected a stripped bolt that I didn't know existed when the unit was installed. Friendly, fast, and clean service!

MC is an awesome company. We have been using them for a few years now and we always have the same Tech come out. He know us and our system. Easy to work with and very personable. Very honest system inspection, always has pictures of what is wrong and how to repair it. Prices for repair are the best in this area. Will not upsell! Will always have our business!

We called mission critical because our heat quit blowing around 11AM and they scheduled a tech to come by the same day at 4PM. Our tech was Tyson and he had our unit running again in about 30 minutes and seemed very knowledgeable about his profession and offered extra preventative maintenance advice

Shane T. came to our rescue on July 5... brutally hot day. Our previous provider couldn't see us for most of a week. Within an hour he arrived and quickly troubleshot the problem and installed the appropriate part and we immediately felt the cooling relief!

They were polite and prompt. Tyson was the technician who came out the same day I called. He was very thorough. He explained the problem so that I could understand. He did a temporary fix to help me get through til I could get the money together. He told me about the maintenance services that Mission Critical offers. Definitely gonna discuss with my husband.

Our A/C was working really hard with all the heat weve been having. The other night we heard water dripping from the ceiling coming from our attic. The drip pan wasnt full but the drain tube had a ton of condensation and was running down into the ceiling. Called and they sent someone out right away. Tyson was amazing, fixed our issue said we had buildup in the drain pipe. Rockstar company and staff, give them a call if you have issues and set up a regular routine maintenance, I did.

Mission Critical has always provided competent and knowledgeable people to service our HVAC systems. The price has always been fair and reasonable. They are prompt and totally squared away.

So so very pleased with this company. Air went out at 4:45 the day before the holiday of July 4th!!! Called other places and they were not willing to help and most closed at 5. Not these kind people they told me someone would be out. Ken came and worked on our system for over 2 hours and when he finished it was close to 8 oclock. Mission Critical is the only HVAC company we use. Weve used them in the past to help us resolve issues with our old system, and they were always here the same day. We had to replace our entire HVAC system in January 2024. They walked us through all of the options. The installation was quick, and the staff were very professional. We love our new system, and Mission Critical also comes out every 6 months to help maintain the unit to keep it in top working order. We love Mission Critical!

My AC basically went out yesterday. 80 degrees was the "coolest" I could get my house. Obviously couldn't sleep because of the heat but the stress two of what am I going to do if it needs serious repairs or replacement. I'm a single woman with little knowledge of my AC Unit besides what I learned from Google to troubleshoot it in the midst of my panic. I called this company just to see if they could come out and how much it would cost to diagnose it. My first contact was with a woman Devin (or D, and if you see this, I hope I spelled your name right). She was the kindest and most comforting human. It's an AC issue why would that matter... I'm not from here, no family, no father to call for help or guidance, no knowing if this could be fixed and when. That's a scary place for a woman to be in. D explained their process, some tips and tricks to help cool the house in the meantime, and would send someone today. I wasn't off the phone with her but for maybe 30 minutes, and she called me back informing me that a technician was on the way. This came with relief and worry because I still had no idea what the issue was yet. Jason arrived shortly after and instantly went to diagnosing the issue. He was honest and told me every option available for repair. He showed me one of the issues, talked me through the concerns and solutions. He fixed the issues, gave me advice, I saved a lot of money (unit didn't need replacement yet) and I now have a nice and cold house. I type this with a blanket over me. I could not have asked for a better experience today. Customer service, compassion, respectful, knowledgeable, honest and not out to take your money. I'm truly grateful and anyone who uses this company will appreciate them like I do.

Our air went out Sat night. I called the next morning expecting an answering service (Sunday AND Father’s Day). I got a live person and they had a tech out that afternoon. Our unit had reached the end of its life at a terrible time, but Ken and Matt went over all of our options, gave great advice and had us up and running by Tuesday at 2:00. Everyone single person we encountered with Mission Critical was polite and hard working. We are thrilled to be cool and highly recommend Mission Critical!

Matt estimated our needs, set a reasonable market price and stood behind the estimate. I had a 13-year-old unit. I was scared to go another summer so I knew I was looking to replace my entire system. This is expensive so I scheduled six separate quotes. Four of those spent maybe 10 minutes in my house. Two of those actually looked at my setup and assessed my entire system. MC spent nearly an hour just taking measurements and coming up with an actual plan, not just swapping gear and taking a check like most. That was my first clue. Secondly, they had a product I really liked and a very professional presentation. Now, at this point in the conversation, I was really impressed with everything he was telling me. So much so, that I was sad because I knew I couldn't afford it. Then he hit me with the price. I scheduled the installation that day. Not only did they beat most others but for what I was getting, no one came close. The crew came out and installed everything fine, with no issues. The warranty on parts and labor is a fantastic deal as well. Extremely happy I found this company. It's an expensive project any way you cut it but I feel like I got my money's worth with Mission Critical.

HVAC/heat completely went out at the absolute worst time of the year for such. The diagnosis was made quickly and apparently/unfortunately the entire zone control panel went belly up. Tyson and company did an awesome job with the repair at a reasonable and affordable price. I particularly appreciated the updates as well as follow up from the main office regarding parts coming in and quickly scheduling the followup visit for installation (same day they got the parts). They even upgraded the thermostats to color touchscreen models for a nominal additional fee and we were willing to allow the customer to supply or purchase their own elsewhere if desired. Definitely recommend this company if you are in need of HVAC services. Hopefully I do not have to use them again ANYTIME soon, but if necessary they already have earned one repeat customer.

Overall, after a few adjustments to my recent install, I was very pleased with the results and new system. I signed a new maintenance contract on my existing Lennox XP 20 system and felt like it was the first time my downstairs unit got the attention to detail that it deserved. I ordered some extra work, for a safety switch on the downstairs air handler, a custom pan to go inside the return air enclosure + extra safety switch for new Lennox Merit unit installed upstairs, and also had new return air grills installed downstairs on my existing system. I couldnt be more pleased with the work Jason did on these items. The employees of this company that I met are very respectful and friendly! Im glad I made the call and got a proposal that I was satisfied with!

I have nothing but Great things to say about Mission Critical. I called them at the recommendation of my Daughter and, they not only gave me the best price for the installation of a new unit without buyers remorse, They also had my family chilling by the next day, when everyone else was booked up. I called today for assistance with the heat, and Their Professional Service Technician, JASON was here within a couple of hours of my call and assisted me in the proper initial heating settings and remained on sight to assure correct and safe operation. 2 Thumbs up Jason Job well done. We had a bad experience with a former company. They found we needed a new drain line. After replacing our Thermostat & fan motor. They suggested we replace the entire unit. Additionally they did not disclose a $45 fee for using a credit card form of payment. Mission Critical was on time, and efficiently diagnosed the issue. Effectively communicated every step of the inspection It was discovered that both heat and cool were running at the same time ( not found by former company). There was no safety switch also not found by the former company Therefore he installed one with our consent. The Thermostat was programed wrong. He corrected this issue. He installed a drain clean out tee. And inspected all wiring. And to top off excellent service he rendered a complimentary drain line flush. Thank you Josh. You are an asset to Mission Critical We will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and neighbors.

I received a phone call today from Mission Critical regarding my air conditioning system sending them an error code. The technician arrived at my house within 15 minutes and quickly fixed the issue. Amazing customer service!

They came same day within a few hours after I called and were able to fix problem completely. Wonderful employees who knew what they were doing.

Went on vacation and came back to a house that wouldnt get cooler than 80. Called Mission Critical around 0830 and got a same day appointment. Then we got even luckier and they called me back letting me know they could see me even earlier. Ken came, inspected both inside and outside units, and quickly found and fixed my problem. Although the solution seemed simple, he stuck around to make sure the job was done right. Had he not we would have missed the other issue that he found. Im extremely appreciative to have found a company that will stick around and ensure the job is finished and done correctly the first time.

Let me just put it this way... Yesterday at 4pm I was waiting for Shane to come look at my AC unit and crossing my fingers that he could rescue it (again!) Sadly, it was not to be this time and I needed a new unit. Fast forward 24 hours and I'm sitting in my nice cool home with my brand new AC unit all installed and working great and I don't feel like I got robbed!.. Now THAT is what you call great service! This will be my 3rd summer with the Daikin One unit. I have been pleasantly surprised at the efficiency. Even when dropping the temp setting lower, the power bill was lower than with the previous unit. Very pleased with the product & the company.

Mission Critical is an outstanding, veteran-owned business. I am pleased with the two Daikin units they installed at my home in 2022. Before that, Mission Critical did maintenance on my old units. I've always had a good experience with Mission Critical. As an aside, I've noticed that they hire veterans and provide quality training and experience for retired or separated service members. If I worked in HVAC or wanted to work in HVAC after military service, I could find no better company in the local area to learn and grow with than Mission Critical.
